Reoccurring Low Back Pain
Low back pain will affect roughly 80% of the population at some point in their lives. A common problem that people have is that their back pain comes and goes. They go through periods of having no pain and then all of a sudden their back can “go out” causing a lot of pain and inability to move well. Usually, these episodes of low back pain last for several weeks and the person gets better. However a few months later the SAME low back pain returns.
